After giving a blockbuster like ‘Bommarrilu’, the combination of Dil Raju and Siddhartha did not do any film together.

After a long gap, the combination is repeating again as the producer roped in Siddhartha for his next film ‘Oh My Friend’ introducing Venu Sriram as director. Shruti Hassan was selected as one of the female leads, while Hansika was offered another heroine’s role.

Earlier, it was presumed that Nithin would play the second fiddle in this film. With Nithin giving successive failures, the producer was apprehensive of his presence and replaced him with Navdeep.

However, this information is yet to be confirmed officially.
